Dan was my realtor and we decided to move out of state instead of in town. Dan was always available and helpful whenever we needed him in our local search so we asked if he could point us in a direction with our out of state move. Dan went up and beyond for us. He referred us to a realtor in the new state but still walked us through every step of the process. He even intervened with our new purchase to rectify issues we were having. This was something he did not have to do but did to help us. He truly went “up and beyond”. He actually was more hands on throughout - even more so than our “local” realtor. Dan did a great job in advising us on how best to prepare the house for sale, setting the initial asking price and managing the sale process. Because of his experience, he was always helpful in answering questions about the house preparation and items that came up during the due course of the sale.
